Divine Embrace Health Services is a home and community-based service (HCS) provider which is certified by Department of Aging & Disability Services (DADS).

The HCS Program provides community based services and supports to eligible persons as an alternative to the intermediate care facilities for persons with Mental Retardation or Related Condition (ICF/MR) Program.

Divine Embrace Health Services is committed to providing quality, individualized services for persons with developmental disabilities through which their greatest potential toward independent living and integration can be obtained.

This is realized through the provision of comprehensive community-based services and supports that encourage individuals to choose where and how they live, work and socialize.
